  • 1 Cup Apple 1.1 mg Methionine
  • 10 grams Fresh Peppermint 5.3 mg Methionine
  • 10 grams Fresh Basil 3.6 mg Methionine

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredient and add water for the desired consistency into a blender and blend until smooth!
