Instructions
Cut the Sweet Potatoes, Carrot, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Jalapeno Peppers into bite-size pieces.
Oil a pan and fully-cook the mushrooms for about 20 minutes.
In a large crockpot, add all the other ingredients and the spice mix.
Cook for 3 hours on low mode and serve!
