  • 1/2 cup Banana 6 mg methionine
  • 1 cup Apple 1.1 mg methionine
  • 2 cups Papaya 9.2 mg methionine
  • 1 whole Fresh date 2 mg methionine
  • 0.5 oz Flaxseeds 52.5 mg methionine (optional)
  • 1 oz ginger powder

Instructions

  • add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
