Easy Healthy Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Aquafaba
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1/8 Tsp Cream of Tartar

Instructions

  • In a Mason jar, add the aquafaba, mustard, vinegar, salt, and cayenne.
  • Then, pour in the oil. Let it rest for a few seconds.
  • Next, mix with an immersion blender at 20 to 40% speed. Can be stored for 1 to 2 weeks.
