Instructions
In a Mason jar, add the aquafaba, mustard, vinegar, salt, and cayenne.
Then, pour in the oil. Let it rest for a few seconds.
Next, mix with an immersion blender at 20 to 40% speed. Can be stored for 1 to 2 weeks.
