Cabbage and Broccoli Salad

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Shred the cabbage and cut up the broccoli florets
Cut the red and green onions
Slice the tempeh
In a shallow pan, add water and steam the cabbage, broccoli and onion for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
In a serving bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and add the vinaigrette, toss and serve warm.
