Cabbage and Broccoli Salad

All your needs are met with this cruciferous delicious salad!

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 Cup Broccoli
  • 1 Cup Red cabbage
  • 3 Whole Green onion
  • 1 Whole Red onion
  • 1/4 Cup Tempeh

Vinaigrette

  • 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred the cabbage and cut up the broccoli florets
  • Cut the red and green onions
  • Slice the tempeh
  • In a shallow pan, add water and steam the cabbage, broccoli and onion for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  • In a serving bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and add the vinaigrette, toss and serve warm.
