Stuffed Savory Peppers
The perfect warm one pot meal with tons of favour!

Ingredients
Quinoa
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 2 Cup Water
Veggie Mix
- 1 Cup Frozen edamame beans
- 1 Cup Fresh asparagus
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Vegan Feta Coconut Cheese
- 4 Whole Sundried tomatoes
- 1 Cup Cube Tempeh/tofu/beans
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Sage
- Salt & Pepper
- Garnish with cilantro
- 4 whole Green onion
- 3 Whole Yellow peppers
- 1 squirt Black Garlic Vinegar to taste
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
Instructions
Cook the quinoa and water in a small sauce pot, boil for 5 min and simmer for 15 min until water as evaporated
Cook all the cut up ingredient together in a saucepan for about 7 minutes
Put the mixture into the peppers and put in the oven at 450 broil until brown, about 20-40 minutes
Garnish with the cilantro and add the vinegar!
