Easy Healthy Vegan Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Avocado Oil
- 3 Tbsp Aquafaba
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Pinch of Pepper
- 1/8 Tsp Cream of Tartar
Instructions
- In a Mason jar, add the aquafaba, mustard, vinegar, salt, and cayenne.
- Then, pour in the oil. Let it rest for a few seconds.
- Next, mix with an immersion blender at 20 to 40% speed. Can be stored for 1 to 2 weeks.
