Easy garden herbs gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Potato gnocchi
- 2 Cups Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint
- 1 whole juice of one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add avocado oil into a shallow pan and cook the gnocchi until golden.
- add the tomatoes, the chopped herbs and lemon juice and serve!
