Garden Herbs Gnocchi

Easy garden herbs gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Potato gnocchi
  • 2 Cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh sage
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint
  • 1 whole juice of one lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add avocado oil into a shallow pan and cook the gnocchi until golden.
  • add the tomatoes, the chopped herbs and lemon juice and serve!
