Cabbage and Broccoli Salad
All your needs are met with this cruciferous delicious salad!

Ingredients
Vegetables
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1 Cup Red cabbage
- 3 Whole Green onion
- 1 Whole Red onion
- 1/4 Cup Tempeh
Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and cut up the broccoli florets
- Cut the red and green onions
- Slice the tempeh
- In a shallow pan, add water and steam the cabbage, broccoli and onion for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- In a serving bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and add the vinaigrette, toss and serve warm.
