Fruit smoothie for a morning of low methionine diet for cancer thriver

Ingredients

  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1 cup banana
  • 2 whole fresh fig
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp flax seed optional if on low methionine diet

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
